How this site is built
Engineering manager to manager of AI agents is an evolution, not a pivot. This site is a small, honest example of it: built with a lot of AI help, and said out loud.
The stack
tsaela.com is a Next.js app deployed on Vercel. It lives in one repository that also runs the businesses I run, so the site, the tools and the backlog share a single codebase.
Who maintains it
Claude agents that I manage. A brand-builder skill holds the brief and the rules. Department subagents each take one job at a time. Playwright tests check the pages. A Google Sheet is the backlog, and a weekly scheduled run picks up the next row and proposes the change on a branch.
I review what goes live. Nothing is published without me.
TsaelaGPT
The chat at /engineering-leader/chat sends your conversation to a Gemini Flash model through Google's API, with a system prompt I wrote.
It knows only what is in that prompt: my professional background, leadership style, what I do now, earlier roles and talks. There is no database behind it and no live browsing, and it is told to keep personal life out of the conversation.
