What I have built

GenAI adoption at scale
Drove GenAI from first principles to production at a world-class enterprise. Designed and shipped MCP servers across the SDLC, ran agentic workflows end to end, and led the workshops, trainings, and mentoring that moved teams across the org through the adoption curve, in the US and in Europe.
R&D teams from 4 to 25
Scaled engineering organizations from early-stage through growth. Hiring, onboarding, leveling frameworks, and retention. Built teams that could own their domain and move fast. Constructing trust across org boundaries, including through acquisitions and cross-org integration. Managed managers, not just ICs: coached engineering managers through performance conversations, delegation, org design, and building a culture of accountability. Helped them grow from strong individual contributors into leaders who develop their own teams, hold a bar, and make decisions without escalating everything upward.
Engineering-product alignment
Built cross-functional rituals that cut the gap between what product wants and what engineering ships. Roadmap processes that engineering actually respects, and product learns to trust.
Architecture for scale
Led systems moving from monolith to services, designed for the team size you will have in 18 months, not the one you have today.

Let's connect

I love what I do. I work at AT&T, a company founded 150 years ago with Alexander Graham Bell's first phone call. That legacy of building things that change how people connect drives me every day.

If you are working on GenAI adoption inside a large enterprise, or trying to figure it out in a startup, and you want to share insights, compare war stories, or think out loud together, I'm happy to connect.
